There are several emails that the system sends automatically, they are outlined as follows:
Digest email - the Digest email is sent to all members of a circle who are receiving email, once every 24 hours, when there is new content.
Announcement email - Announcement emails are sent when the Admin of a circle posts an Announcement to that circle. These bypass the email digest cadence and are sent out right away.
New Circle email - When a new circle is created, this email contains details about the new circle and first steps for getting set-up.
Welcome email - The Welcome email is sent to all new members of a circle welcoming them, and providing the description of the circle and the number of members.
Resource email - When a new member joins a circle they will receive a Resource email that outlines previous Resources posted to that circle.
New Admin email - When a new admin is assigned in a circle they will receive the New Admin email outlining their new rights and responsibilities and instructions on signing into the Circles Admin Panel.
